The Owner-Only Standard™

Independent advice requires independent incentives.

Verdi was built around a simple principle: the aircraft owner is our client, and the aircraft owner is the only party whose economic interests we represent.

Our only financial relationship is with you.

Aircraft ownership involves management companies, operators, maintenance providers, brokers, charter teams, crewmembers and financial professionals. Each may play an important role. Verdi plays a different one: we represent the owner.

No vendor commissions. We do not accept compensation for recommending one provider over another.
No maintenance markups. We do not make more because your aircraft requires maintenance.
No fuel participation.Your fuel consumption does not affect our compensation.
No charter revenue participation. We have no financial incentive to encourage or discourage charter activity.
No referral fees.Recommendations are based on what we believe is best for the owner.
No percentage of savings. We are just as willing to validate a large justified expense as we are to question a small one.
The objective

Our job isn't to minimize your aviation spending.

Our job is to help ensure your money is being spent intelligently and your aviation interests are being protected.

The least expensive option is not always the right option. Sometimes good judgment means spending more—to improve reliability, retain an exceptional crewmember, address a maintenance issue correctly or protect the long-term value of the aircraft.

Owner-side judgment

Our fee does not change based on what you spend.

Our compensation is established in advance, based on aircraft class and operating complexity—not fuel burn, maintenance spend, charter activity or savings identified.

Good management deserves good oversight.

Your management company isn't the enemy.

Verdi isn't built around the assumption that aircraft management companies are doing something wrong. Many provide exceptional service. But even an excellent management company operates a business, with responsibilities and economics that differ from those of the owner.

Management Company

Manages the aircraft, crews, vendors, maintenance coordination, scheduling and other operating functions.

Verdi

Independently evaluates the operation from the owner's perspective and provides experienced judgment on what matters.

Your management company manages your aircraft. We represent you.
