Built by operators. Created for owners.
Private aircraft owners are surrounded by aviation professionals, yet few have an experienced aviation executive whose sole responsibility is representing their interests. Verdi was created to fill that seat.
Experience changes the perspective.
Verdi's approach is grounded in decades inside aviation operations—from the cockpit to executive leadership, training, regulatory oversight, flight-department management and complex worldwide aircraft operations.
Operator perspective
We understand what it takes to operate sophisticated aircraft safely, reliably and globally.
Management perspective
We understand the structures, incentives, constraints and realities of aircraft-management organizations.
Owner perspective
Verdi brings that operating experience to the owner's side of the table.
Jeff Harris
Experienced aviation judgment.
On the owner’s side of the table.
Jeff Harris
Jeff Harris brings more than two decades of aviation leadership and worldwide large-cabin operating experience to private aircraft owners and family offices.
His career has included senior leadership responsibilities across complex business-aviation and air-carrier environments, including flight operations, training, regulatory compliance, operational control, crew leadership and aircraft management.
His experience includes more than 10,000 flight hours and worldwide large-cabin operations across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, oceanic and polar environments. His leadership roles have included Director of Operations, Director of Training, Lead Captain and FAA company Check Airman.
In addition to executive leadership, Jeff remains an active aviator, providing a current operational perspective on the aircraft, crews, regulatory environment and decisions Verdi's clients encounter.
That combination of executive leadership and hands-on operating experience forms the foundation of Verdi's approach.
A name with perspective.
Verdi takes its name from the small community at the eastern edge of the Sierra Nevada.
For us, it represents perspective, independence and a clear view across complex terrain—qualities that reflect how we approach aircraft ownership.
Good judgment often comes from seeing the entire landscape rather than simply the issue immediately in front of you.
